Hi Anurag.. I am a Manager in Reserve Bank, where I have 1 year experience in Currency Management role (destruction of currency notes) and 2 years experience in managing IT resources. Before RBI, I had 2 years experience as software engineer at Infosys. Will it be wise for me to quit RBI and go for PGPX? Can I get management consulting role post PGPX? I would like to point out that Manager in RBI is a 'generalist' position, and can be transferred to any department within the Bank.
