There’s no urgency to pay it off was his point so if u have more pressing expenses not wanting to pay hecs shouldn’t get in your way

The question should be why tuition fees have to be paid at all in a country that does not ask the mine operators to pay enough.

Idk how long ago this was because indexation was 7% and then the most recent financial year it was 4% so it's no longer 'nothing'
