Should I quit teaching?

I can definitely relate to you!! Being a teacher and parent is sooooooooo hard!!! Also, to avoid working on the weekend, I would stay after school for maybe 15-30 minutes a day or make one day a week a late day so you can have your weekends back. I would work on the weekends all the time, but doing the above has helped drastically and whatever doesn’t get done, it will be there. It sounds bad but at the end of the day, we HAVE to lookout for ourselves!

Yes, I work on the weekends. It is so hard for me to plan at school, especially with students there. This year has been hard. I am also thinking about what next year will hold. Good luck with whatever you decide!
