I shared all of my documentation to my attorney. Then I let him figure it out what goes and what doesn’t. I’m very open and honest with my attorney.

I’m so honest and trusting I sent out most but not all documents into EEOC. And UC. I did state some points of view to the Superintendent really didn’t like what I said. Being old school honest and thinking the Superintendent was as well. Boy that was s mistake. Yah HR changed dates on FMLA Leave three times during on hearing. As well as other mistakes in Position Statement dad thing is EEOC found them credible. Wow Guess its federal court next
