100%! There was the question of "What happens when my business starts to grow quickly - do I want to then have to figure out how to create my LLC after the fact, when money is already going into my personal bank account?" I went ahead and formed my LLC, so I would be set up in advance. That was also a faith step for me. If I believed in what I was doing, I had to make moves that confirmed that belief.

I most definitely agree that when someone starts a business they should also start an LLC. Unfortunately in my case financially I wasn’t able to pay for the LLC when I started my business. So I’m having to save financially to be able to invest that very important peace into my business and be able to go from there so I can continuously grow in my business.

Everyone needs more than their salary to be financiaIIy stable. The best thing to do with your money is to lnvest it rightly so it grows because money left for savings always end up used with no returns... 💵

But what if you want to get them physically and do not have a brick and mortar store just yet. Should you start with the virtual address and then amendment it when the time comes? Thank you so much! Great information! I've heard that a person should only start an LLC after the business starts generating a certain amount of income, due to taxes owed on all LLCs (whether you are income-generating or not). What are your thoughts on this?

you can get a virtual address! these are attached to physical buildings and you can have them forward your mail to you. good luck on your journey!

Question: So, I trade Options Contracts in the stock Market. My plan is to build up my Options Portfolio, and use the profits to open up other long term Buy & Hold Portfolios. Great Content! Been binge watching a lot recently, soaking up your knowledge and I hope you respond... but I'm in a little conflict with residence at the moment trying to set up my LLC and what to list for my business address?????? my question(s) is/are... I'm currently Deployed and have an address, BUT it's not in my home state (NC) and do not have a residence in NC, at this moment. Could I use a Families address "temporarily"?? Can that be updated once I do have a home and then change the business home of record? What do you think I should do as far as using a "business address?"? again, Can it be changed once I own a home again? is this smart? is there a better way? Thanks in Advance

Thanks! If I was you, I'd get a virtual address in the city/state that you reside. You could use family's address, but that's going to be in public records so anyone could get their address.

There is a lot of false information in this video. An LLC cost more than $100 due to the fact you must pay the state fee which is annual and depending on where you live can be $500 alone. Also, as a sole proprietorship you can absolutely get business insurance. Yes an LLC does offer more protection but it is not the only way to start a business.
