Should I stream on Twitch or YouTube?

I've been streaming, creating, and consuming content for a long time. KZbin's streaming platform has been around for a while, and I've used it but never as intentionally as I do my Twitch stream. I took some time to stream on both platforms to get a good idea of how each works, what each platform does well, and what each platform can do better.
