Sam's success would be heavily predicated on the offensive staff so until the Jets can hire a competent staff then I say no

Him with Hall and Wilson would make jets concentrate on Oline and TE. So I would look at him at the least

Price would be important

@@PowerHourNFL Sam would not go back to the Jets. You guys treated him like a toilet, if you were him would you go back? NO WAY it doesn't matter the price you cannot pay him enough to forget the past
@kolpants25 күн бұрын
dont think Sam would go back to Woody's organization. unless he absolutely trusts the coaching culture the Jets provide. The fanbase wouldn't be welcoming either.
@cubanmarleyvr28 күн бұрын
Absolutely they never should have traded him

If Sam plays like he did on Sunday against the falcons, we can beat anyone.

I think the Vikings will pay to keep Sam Darnold. McCarthy is still an untested QB, so next year is basically a re-run of what this year should have been,. The only difference is that now the Vikings know they have a good QB in Darnold so there's a good deal less pressure to find the "franchise QB", they may have him already. Maybe not a great situation for McCarthy because he could end up stuck behind Darnold forever, but he's not the first rookie QB with potential that's happened to.

Why? To ruin him? It's not a joke 🤦♂️

I think that either Sam Darnold or Bryce Young are going to find themselves on the Rams next season to replace Stafford.
@markc294027 күн бұрын
Bryce? He's still on his rookie contract. Sam i can see but i don't think stafford will retire this year. I do think Sam will end up with the Raiders.

Hell no... It's still Sam darnold

If Vikings don't sign Sam, then Cleveland or Giants. Sam would soar in Cleveland.
@PowerHourNFL27 күн бұрын
Browns = probably the best fit. Love that Vin. But the price would need to be right with Watson contract still in play

That sounds like a pretty good move but soar I'm not sure

Are you a jets fan? Sadly the team thinks like you lol. Bring in a new qb and hope for the best lol. Jets will never amount to anything with this type of thinking. Year after year you guys do this restart and it takes you guys 10 steps back. Zach "Milf" Wilson was the worst head scratcher lol.
@KaidonSalter4Heisman27 күн бұрын
@markc2940 I'm not a Jets fan at all. So what should they do? Keep Aaron Rodgers next year. Yeah that's a great idea. God forbid they try and find a quarterback that's halfway decent. What do they say about making assumptions? You make an ass out of yourself
@markc294027 күн бұрын
@@KaidonSalter4Heisman The question was should jets bring back Sam Darnold and you went off with new rookie qb's. No. No new rookie qbs. Jets needs to sign a decent quarterback and build around him. Jets needs to stop experimenting. Geno and Sam were great qbs. They blew that.

Sam has been incredibly lucky with a lot of his throws when he faces good, disciplined DBs I think he'll have a multi interception game in the playoffs
@aw188925 күн бұрын
Sam Darnold wouldn't go back to the Jets unless they made him the highest paid QB in the world. We all know he's going to go back to sucking if he plays for another hot garbage team.
