@ The Steelers are a good team. The Bills, Ravens, and Chiefs are great teams. The difference between the good team and the great teams is they traded up for a QB in the draft and developed them effectively. Even if the defense was dominant, the Steelers are just a "good" team. Not a great one with playoff aspirations.

The great thing about the Steelers is they have a tremendous floor, many teams pretend to be a great QB away, but the Steelers are really a great QB away. They remind me of the pre-Mahomes Chiefs with Andy Reid & Alex Smith, just gotta insert a difference maker at QB. The problem is me personally none of the QB’s in this draft are worth trading up for, none of the free agents are that much better than Russell Wilson and even though Justin Fields is athletic you just can trust him as a passer so even if they fire Mike Tomlin there is still no real way for them to get better at the QB position

Unless Tomlin can go to a team that already has an established, playoff winning, QB then he isn't going to be successful anywhere else. At least in a meaningful way. Guy can't draft a QB to save his life, he can't develop a QB, and he won't get anything out of a QB more than what someone else can. So like, him going to Dallas isn't going to magically turn Dak into a playoff winning QB. Tomlin is mad overrated. He's a good defensive coach, if your team is will8ng to spend literally all pf it's money om the defense... But that's about it.
