Yes! If you look at the ANZ there are too many teams. The Steel and Magic are nor competitive. Realistically most of their players except for Ekanasio and Heffernan are at the top level. So they are just playing with sub standard teams and the other teams are playing a sub standard team every other week. Having fewer but more quality teams will help the Ferns. Hopefully with Tauihi Basketball leauge players who might not make a suncorp team can still play and be paid a full sporting season like Aaliyah Dunn.
