Look. Embiid’s talent is very attractive , but cmon, we can’t do this. He isn’t a proven winner AND he neeeeever stays healthy. Like ever. We can’t move off of everything we have just to get him, and even if him and haliburton are healthy (big if), we wouldn’t be favored over the Celtics. Now isn’t the time to take this unnecessary risk.

Nope, because they'd expect every player and pick.. and no one player is worth that. I wasn't even down with the Pascal trade.. They wanna dump him now because he's spent and a problem.. I can only imagine the joke of trade assets they'd ask for.. No way in hell Mathurin is involved. He's constantly injured.. They destroyed his body, so they can keep him.

He just signed an extension late summer making him untradable until March 20, 2025 (post deadline). Who you gonna trade next summer for him? You have to offset one max contract plus more next summer. This is so stupid.

The only way I'd trade for Embiid would be to include Pascal and I guess Nesmith... But seeing as we have 0 SF's that's problematic and would have to be addressed asap.. Funny thing is, that still makes the 76ers much healthier and more versatile than ever.. Yet would still leave big holes and question marks for us.. The way this team is injured already with the neglect of SF talent to healthy C's.. there's just no way.. They wanna dump him and we aren't your garbage Ben, Simmons takers. Idc what talent he's had once upon a time when healthy.. Cleary he's not anymore and we don't need that. We need to stop losing focus.. Had we made the right moves the past year. We'd be top 3 in the East easy right now. They wouldn't get any picks either.. I want that 2026 pick back we threw away already. I'll trade for Drummond, they can take some scrubs from us.. Give us the good healthy rebounding C.. and give us their picks instead.
