Both are good machines. Krx is better for crawling right out of the box but with some upgrades the talon is very competitive. Ultimately i would choose a krx between the two of them because of the in cab room and storage behind the seats. But with the right upgrades you can't go wrong with either machine.

Man, torn between the krx and Talon. Partial to the Talon as not a huge fan of belts. Ive had them and they work, just not a fan. Id say the krx is a bit more capable but i think having a full locking front diff helps. Cool video. You guys seem to have clue how its done without totally trashing the equipment. Although none of that is easy on them!

If your into the more rowdy stuff and rock crawling the krx is the way to go without having to go internal in the talon with gear reduction but still won’t have the gear that the krx has.

I have a fully built talon. Number one issue is the suspension. Bike is second to none in reliability. I beat that bike like I'm running from the cops non stop for about 6k miles with 0 failure. Except shift linkage cable taking out the reverse gear. Every single time we go out. My buddies in the Polaris's and Canams require major work 😂. But my bike will never ride as smooth as the Kawi. My next bike will be a KRX with upgraded clutch, internal gear reduction, supercharger, high clearance A Arms, 35s and nothing will beat it. A cage is a great idea for rock climbing too

Ive got a talon set up very similar -35s, IGR and a torq locker, but i norice you run sway bars attached and i habe mine zip tied up out od the way. @17:30 when the talons in situations like that or similar, ive wodered if it would it be better to run the bar attached or how ive been doing it. I know IFS / IRS doesnt articulate like my solid axle Toyota crawler

I drive the blue KRX and honestly it’s 50/50. Really driver preference and how you like the buggy to feel. Sometimes it helps sometimes it hurts. I run no sway bars in front but I like them hooked up on the rear.

Just my two cents. On the East Coast. I think the talent is a much better option. Many of our trails are way too tight for a machine. The size of the KRX. I think they are both great machines. But I was amazed at the size of the Kawasaki when I saw it in a show room. I drive a YXZ turbo that will not sell until Yamaha upgrades the model. I have had my fill new rubber band transmission machines. So I guess what I’m saying is Honda for the hills and mud and Yamaha for everything else?!!!
