Should Water Be Blown Out Of Succulents Leaves

You are my favorite succulent KZbinr! I don’t let any water get on my leaves. I don’t like my farina disturbed. Plus my water is so hard that it leaves mineral deposits on my plants. On my orchids, I take a cotton ball and dry out any water that gets in the crown.

@@SucculentGrowingTips It is so true! Your care videos are the best on KZbin! I can tell you plan out your information very well and your editing is excellent! Speaking of hard water stains…I bought a water distiller today! But it isn’t for my succulents. I have been buying like $5 worth of distilled water (about 3 gallons/11 liters) every trip to the grocery store for my orchids, calathea, marantas, aglaonema, and alocasia. I finally invested so I can also use the distilled water in my humidifier. I’m so excited! I usually use fish tank water on my succulents. Do you have an opinion on using distilled water for them? Of course I add fertilizer back in for each plant’s needs and I’d do that for my succulents, too. We have rock hard water, plus chlorine and chloramines in our city water …which is bound up by my water conditioner that I use for my fish but my succulents might appreciate less hard water. My tap water pH is about 7.3-7.6.

Can we water 💦 succulents after a unhealthy leaf or leaves are pulled out? Secondly can a dry leaf be pulled out and than the succulent be watered. If not how long to wait to water them ? Thank you Kat for the great video 🙏
