Love you guys!!! Weirdest thing I felt about Laser Eye Surgery is the smell of the laser burning the eye. It seemed so strong to me like burning hair!!!! This was 20+ years ago but wow that memory is stuck. Also, it doesn't last forever. I can't see well anymore :(

ETA: at the top - jersey mikes all the way! I used to work in optometry, I did a lot of the things we tell you not to do… as I’m getting older (dryer eyes) I can only wear my contacts for like 10 hrs and as soon as I get home I take those babies out and put on my glasses. And I cannot sleep unless I have glasses on my face. I have a higher RX and Josh said he couldn’t see his tattoos on his hand, that me every day if I’m not wearing corrective lenses. So I sleep in my glasses. I don’t recommend, and especially not a meta frame. Plastic frames and take a little more than metal. Meaning they won’t bend as much. So ok, fall asleep per usual, I remember waking up at one point and I snacked my own glasses off and threw them to the other side of the room. I swear it took me like two days to find they slid under my wardrobe. Other times I’ve woken up grasping them in my hand, I’ve had ex’s who would take them off me and put in the nights stand. Which is hecka sweet, but when I woke up to go pee, pitch black until I get to the bathroom and I can’t see anything once the light comes lol. 🤷🏻‍♀️
