Should We Buy The New KTM Electric Dirt Bike?

We went to SEE SEE KTM Dirt Bike Shop in Portland OR to look at the KTM 50cc and 65cc. We also wanted to find out about the new KTM Electric Dirt Bike for kids that will be coming out in 2019. Should we get the kids an E Bike? I think it would be really cool to have a race quality bike that you could play on and ride anywhere.
Oh, and happy Birthday to Lucas who turns 10!!!!
