So, I picked up 17 of these today. I hit two auto's (1 rookie) and got quite a few pink basketball SP's, one being VW's Sudden Impact. It took about 6 blasters to not be so bothered by blank jerseys 😂

The Wemby base rookie won't drop, because of the angle of the shot. Meaning, with his back turned to the camera, it doesn't even look to be unlicensed.

$30 is light now compared to what these LCS's are doing because of the $1mil bounty on any of the Wemby 1/1 auto's. I've heard $55 for blasters at some LCS.

Thanks for sharing these. They were definitely a W from a money back standpoint with the two Wembys, but I could not be less impressed with the look of the cards. I agree with you that the Wemby looked good though. Overall, I’m still pretty skeptical of these Topps unlicensed sets for retail. Fun chase for the autos in hobby though.

Well I'm sure a fan of the Topps Chrome! Especially after I opened my first box last night which was a blaster box that I ordered from Target because the first pack I opened I pulled a Victor Wembanyama round ball royalty RC and I swear the second pack I opened I pulled a Victor Wembanyama silver refractor RC lol so it's kind of hard for me not to like the product after that lol.and yes I sold them as fast I could i sold them both last night on eBay I just wish that I would have hit that Silver Victor when it was selling for $600 because the price has come down quite a bit they're selling now for around $250

I like the draft day prizm look better in regards to unlicensed product. Hobby seems to be the way to go based on rips I've seen. Rsndom ? What do you do with all your base cards or lower end cards? COMC or what do you recommend?

The autograph checklist is amazing. Especially as a Celtics fan with Tatum, Bird, Pierce and others signing. Just not sure I like how they remove all the nba logos from the jerseys.

If you have a chance to pull a Wemby RC from a blaster at $30 or less regardless of licensing …That’s a win. Take him out of the equation… there’s probably not even a video to comment on.

I think for $30 you can also get a sixer of beer and a pack of smokes (it's been awhile since I bought a pack of smokes) - same long term value but maybe more fun than Topps Chrome basketball.

Refresh my memory as i haven’t ripped any Topps since I was a kid, and panini doesn’t disclose odds, the Topps odds are per PACK not BOX correct? Like the blaster future stars autos being in every 137 blaster PACKS which each box has 7 packs so that would be 1 future stars auto in every 19.5 boxes, basically 1 per case, not 1 in 137 BOXES for the odds; or am I wrong and it’s by the box? Same with the monster box where it said for a future stars auto it’s 1 in 89 packs, which is about 1 in every 9 monster boxes since there’s 10 packs in a monster box, or if it’s 1 auto in every 89 monster boxes? (Which I would find hard to believe it would be that short of odds for some nobody rookie auto and a lot worse than panini)

Just wanted to make sure, i pre ordered 2 monster boxes from GameStop yesterday for about $47 each with the pro discount, I’ll probably rip a couple hangers/blasters just to try to get the wemby even if it’s just the base but not gonna go too crazy since the product is pretty underwhelming even compared to leaf/wildcard.
