I bought a PT cruiser 10 years and I am still driving it. Great car! Very comfortable and roomy. I love my PT Cruiser.

I bought my PT Cruiser Limited Edition new in 2004. Still going strong with 230,400 km in 2019. I love that thing!! Sooo comfy, so roomy. It’s been extremely reliable, too. Even set up a bed in it and drove cross country & back one year. Plan to keep it til it falls apart which, given its excellent mechanical history and the fact I maintain it as needed, will hopefully be many years from now. Can’t think of even one new vehicle on the road that I’d swap it for!

With the shape, it made me think of old Hollywood films and gangsters shooting through the window.

I liked this car when it first came out and I like it today even more. One of Chrysler's best recent efforts. Everything else on the road these days looks the same and boring, and has no room inside.

I promise you they’ll out perform a Focus in the corners any day, you clearly have never actually pushed one to it’s limits, you might be shocked. P.S. The early ‘01-‘05’s are considered the cool ones.

Thank you for your positive review of the PT a cruiser, I just bought my second one, the new cars now are not made as well as this vehicle, so I bought my second one, was lucky to find a 2005 GT model with the STR4 engine with only 54,000 original miles on it and full leather interior! The previous owner took loving care of it and it even has a tow bar and moonroof and is chromed out beautifully on the exterior, it also has a spoiler in rear. I plan on keeping mine up and keeping it, where I live, they are everywhere and they are very popular due to the comfort and unique look! As you said, who wants to look like everyone or everything else?

I have a 2009 pt Cruiser. Runs great. Good on gas. Holds a lot with the seats down. Only had to change out the starter. Know someone with 200,000 miles. And someone on line 400,000 miles. Looks good . Retro look. And a lot of people here have them. Really like my car

I used to rent them regularly on my business travel for the first few years they were available, I thought they were fine. For the first year or so, people would come over and want to see it and say how cool it was. People really liked the retro style. But somehow the automotive writers hated them and made fun of them. I never thought they were that bad. Just another small car. But they get fairly good mileage and have plenty of room. Now they are so cheap, they could make a great first car for a kid. The 2.4 is fine.

Thanks! This video made me smile, as I always do when I see a PT Cruiser on the road. I love their quirkiness--not just another econo box.

In 2020, I still love my 2008 Pt Cruiser and here, in Brazil, it is a piece of that American dream you talked about in the video . I love it, my family love it. It has become a legend, a classic out of the US, no doubt about it.

About time someone highlighted the positives about the PT Cruiser. 👍👏🙏🏼 I am a proud owner of a special edition - had it since 2013. Have hardly had any issues with mine. Faced the overheating problem after five years, but got it sorted. All my friends and family love it! I'm a firm believer of looking after anything I have, so my PT's been well looked after. Hope it becomes a classic one day. Thanks for making the video. ✨😀

Great video! It's about time someone has the courage to defy the haters that usually have very little knowledge behind their hate. I bought one in 2006. We still have and love it! Will comment more later when I have more time.

God bless the PT Cruiser if it ended up bringing us this channel! You are probably the most realistic and open minded car reviewer on the internet - appreciate your work and love watching you review the cars! Take care and warm regards all the way from South Africa 🇿🇦🏳️‍🌈

My mum fell in love with them so we bought a basic 2001 model back in 2005. Today in 2019 still driving it, still going strong. Front wishbones aside it's been flawless.

There’s something so therapeutic about your vids regardless of what car you review. Love your honesty and dry wit. Keep up the good work 🤙

I own 3 PTs, a 140 hp 2008 Touring from which I operate my business with no back seat, a 180 hp 2005 Limited Turbo which I store in my garage (this guy is right), and a 220hp 2004 Dream Series 4 GT Turbo (only 2000 were made) which I drive for pleasure. All have reworked suspensions (struts, shocks, control arms etc.) and drive excellently. I have no plans to drive anything else for the remainder of my life. I love the retro 40's vibe and the nerd factor, which I gladly embrace. Yes, I admit to having a severe case of PTSD (PT Surplus Disorder). The only medication for such a condition is yet even more PT Cruisers.

Nothing wrong with selling and reviewing used cars, we wouldn’t know about you if you were a dentist or a teacher 😊 My ex’s ugly mother had one of these, the car gets criticised by pretty much everyone but much loved and appreciated by the owners,
