I know someone that sold their townhouse 3yrs ago in Adelaide for 500k, and it is now valued over 800k, they sure now regretted selling it.

The Australian dream is a House +Land.....Town houses(which are really apartments disguised as something different) are not the Australian dream and go against Human Expansion..It is a minimalist green environmentally friendly eco agenda which gives birth to these small places...
