Samsung AC is good, but the after-sales service is a nightmare! My AC has not been working since 15 days, and Samsung hasn’t resolved the issue. The compressor broke in just 3 yrs. They don’t have a replacement compressor for my unit, even though it’s still under warranty and only 3 years old. Samsung isn’t honouring its warranty promises. Very disappointed!

sir ji 2 month i purchase lg viraat ac. After that during the installation a day before i contact the lg service center and told bring vacuum pump without it i will not install ac. Lg service head also told we generally use vaccum. But as you said we will bring it. so during the installation i use it . I have also old lg 1.5 ton 5 start ac 12 year ago which install without vaccum pump. Now know i know it pump use. it is also mention in the booklet of the installation guide .

These outdoor unit controller pcb getting damaged in inverter acs especially lg which is no secret , i don’t think this is a issue anywhere around the world. These things only keep happening when products starts manufacturing in India. And then the level of arrogance and avoidance from the brands unless and until you contact their global team if it’s a foreign brand like lg, Samsung etc which makes us users think that this is nothing but a planned obsolescence either by the brand or people who are running the brand in India. This can’t be that tech KZbinrs have no clue about the pcb issue that’s known to everyone. Also it’s not about running ac properly. It’s a device that’s installed by company definitely not us customers and about voltage , nobody in this world can keep track of voltage fluctuations and therefore is the duty and priority of companies to make durable goods. So it’s definitely not a fault of any customers.

Sir i'm afraid of buying Samsung Split AC online because the AC is getting delivered from seller whose store is located in Banglore and i live in south Haryana which is 2500Km + far from seller store location. I have a fear that i might receive a damaged piece because I'm not sure how amazon do packaging of such products at their warehouse and will travel agency responsible foe shipping amazon orders take care of such fragile electronics products throughout whole shipping journey.
