I think it is. 90 day guarantee. If there’s something wrong with the phone, they either send you another one or refund you your money. One thing I didn’t cover is I got the phone on Amazon’s payment plan. No credit check. Just a down payment and the rest divided in 4 monthly payments.

Bought the phone in July. Battery charges up to 100% and depending on how much I use it, I can go most of the day before needing to charge it

@@-pp- oops. I thought I replied. New Iphones don’t have physical SIM cards. And battery health is good. I over use this phone and battery usually last me the whole day.

i will NOT and NEVER recommend buying an amazon renewed iphone, i bought the iphone 12, it was awful, it was COMPLETELY broken, like it won't turn on, i took it to apple to fix it, they said this iphone is completely dead, they can't fix it. and they said easy refund, but it was the hardest refund ever. so i bought a normal 11 in the store

Sucks you had a bad experience. Return process should have been trouble free. Haven’t had any issues with my phone.
