Should You Buy Frostpunk in 2022? Is Frostpunk Worth the Cost?

The one criticism I have is that you can't zoom in far enough. I want to zoom right down to citizen level and experience an immersion of feeling right in the thick. But the 100 foot view is sadly the closest you can zoom. Perhaps this is a performance decision as the game visuals are very detailed. But I'd really LOVE to get down to ground level in this game.

It likely due to the fact that the graphics don't look good close up, lots of games have allowed you to get in very close or even walk the streets and they all look ass at that level. Plus it doesn't add anything to the experience really, walking the streets is cool... but most people only ever do it once if at all.

I enjoy this game... Though I think it seems pretty formulaic. Do things in the right order and you'll be fine. Make alternate decisions to basically play a 'role playing game', but you can play it pretty linearly. I DO need to say though... The aesthetic of this game is effin' gorgeous. The artwork is beautiful.

Doesn't crash for me. Not once...and I have about 7 hours in.

@@crooker2 It's always near the end. Max smoke, max snowstorm, max freezing effect, max particles. About 12 hrs before 'the peak'.
