Just don't mention that the previous residents had no warning or help when the fire came. And don't mention that nobody told the residents of the now trendy Fountain Grove neighborhood that the same fire was coming to them and that nobody was going to stop it either.

Thank you for sharing Shawn! That was a scary time for residents that lived in this area during the 2017 fires. Would you feel safe living in Coffey Park today or do you think that that there is a high probability of a fire coming through this area again in the near future?

Perfect for a 15 minute city which is coming our way. Crazy about all these fires and the gobbling up of the land to build new homes. Almost like the cash for clunkers, it was a great way to get rid of cars without computers or chips. There's a big push for electric cars when the grid can't handle what we have in most areas in Cal. @shawn6271 people are paying attention.

Unfortunately, during the coffee Park rebuild, about a full third of those homes were built by out-of-town carpetbaggers. Municipal inspectors were useless during the rebuild. Buyer beware

@MichaelFerl As a contractor, my favorite neighborhood is the country club. NOT a fan of Fountaingrove. Skyhawk is ok, Oakmont homes are well built. Again, a contractor's perspective

Is it primarily because of the location or do you feel that these homes feature higher quality construction? Because of carpetbaggers and cash grabs most of the previous residents are "rich" but still "choose" to live out of RVs in my neighborhood and illegally emptying their septic tanks into the streets. Smells like piss because these "RV homeless rich people"
