Same thing here! I’m not a big fan of companies having negative equities and it makes me stay away from those companies. If you find anything interesting you want to discuss let me know!

@@TheCashFlowCompounder if I come up with something interesting I will let you know. But maybe there are cheaper companies now than MSCI, that might take more attention from me right now, such as CVS, they are trading at less than 10 times PE and almost 5% dividend yield. So it will be good to find out if it is a huge opportunity or a value trap

Totally right, sounds pretty attractive, will take a look at CVS and see whether it fits this channel’s strategy!
