I purchased Ola s1 air on 25 September 2023 from Rampur (U.P.), after 10 days riding of just 257 Kms I faced a driving problem that it's starting but not moving and I complained on Ola centre of Rampur (U.P.) and also lodged a complaint on ola app in the meantime but unfortunately no response so far. Ola s1 air is like a KABAAD KA DIBBA standing at service center Rampur (U.P.) due to extremely very bad or poor service by the time. I'll give ZEERO out of 10.

दोस्तों मैं ओला S1 और 7 सितंबर को ली थी अब तक 2000 कम चला भी दी है लेकिन मैं आपको अपना अनुभव बताता हूं बहुत ही बेड अनुभव रहा है मेरा इसका ट्रक क्लोज नहीं होता है डिक्की ओपन नहीं रहती है मोबाइल ऐप से कनेक्ट नहीं हो पता है और अब तो ऐसी भयंकर समस्या आने लग गई है की गाड़ी चाहिए जहां बीच बाजार में खड़ी हो जाती है स्टार्ट नहीं हो पाती है

Motor tyre nahi wheel k andar hai, tyre wheel ka ek part hota hai, jo steel wheel k upar hai. so tyre change karne se usme koi farak nahi hoga .

Company bolti he ki eco mode me 170 or normal mode me 145 km chalegi, showroom Wale bolte he ki dono me se 25km kat do utni chalegi bt mere pas 22 din se ola S1 Air he jo eco me 72-73 km 100% charge me chalti he or normal mode me 80 km. Totally waste. I hv Ola S1 Air from last 22 days. I face too much problem. specially starting problem. Hv to tow bcoz it doesn't start today. Average of this bike is just 72-73km in full charging. Charging time is almost 7hr20min. Liver Stop suddenly while riding this bike. Electric bill increased by 900 just in 13 day(5time charging this garbage bike). It costs me more than petrol. Don't ever buy this iron garbage. Customer service is also worst. They told me to pay 1999 for towing this garbage to service station (just 1km away from my home)

Purani motor me koi issue nhi tha.. Ye ola survive karne ke liye cost cutting kiya , ulta price badha diya.. Bldc hub motor bohut kharab hota hai.. Doesn't last long

Bhai isme disc break honi chahiye. Mere bhai ne li hai 80 ki speed pe control karna kafi dificult hai. Ola se company ko isme disc break deni chahiye. Warna mere hisab se bekar hai.
