@@Lightning-rs7yz it might be a slight adjustment for people who are used to big sheets of paper,but as somebody who really liked medium and small sized notebooks it didn’t take long for it to feel normal. Taking notes horizontally gives an adequate amount of room to write (with big or small handwriting) and as long as you don’t mind scrolling a bit more than you would on a bigger tablet it’s a great note taking tablet.

I should mention the iPad Air is by no means flawed, and I've been able to produce some killer pieces - it's just too big for my more portable intentions. For the same price of my 256gb iPad I could've grabbed a 256gb cellular iPad Mini with more portability. It's just a matter of taste, but I'd much rather stick an iPad Mini in my hoodie pocket than sling the Air over my shoulder with a shoulder strap.

The air gives you the option for the M1 chip which is technically better for rendering and video editing so in terms of rendering speeds the air is better

I love it! We had the iPad mini 2 and we recently bought the brand new one with the network system added on and the highest level of memory. It's been fantastic non glitchy and the battery lasts forever. We travel a lot abroad and we have to do business but we don't want to carry a full-size tablet or laptop and this is has been perfect for us. Also on the plains it's worked great to pop out movies without having to pull out an entire iPad or laptop as well. All in all I give it two thumbs up and would highly recommend it 😁

I use it to create. The size is perfect for on the go drawing sessions. It fits in my sling bag easily that I take to work or anywhere outside without having to haul a large tablet or tons of drawing supplies with me.

The large variety of productivity uses for the Mini demonstrates how versatile it can be. A Master of Non - But Good at a lot of stuff - Fine by me!!! I bought an iPad Mini Cellular 9 years ago. I do not browse with it - I'm an adult - so I use my 14" laptop to browse and an Apple TV for viewing. After 9 years of ownership - I use my Mini almost exclusively when I "TRAVEL" - to do the following (otherwise it sits in a drawer) #1- as a GPS unit in my vehicles - the best GPS ever (70%) That's after over 150K miles of road trips - when I need a GPS around town - my iPhone works fine. #2 - as a Sidecar or mirror screen to view video paired with a M2 MBA (25%) #3 - as an eReader (4%) #4 - the odd miscellaneous task (1%) This might change with the pencil. I will likely buy the new Mini 7 when it comes out @ year end. The Mini is simply a great portable high performance device that sits between an iPhone & MBA M2 as a complimentary device.

I have the iPad mini 6 and 12.9 iPad Pro m1 I recently just upgraded my mini 6 to mini 7 should get it this week . I love them both but prefer the mini 7 size it’s compact portable and great cell phone as well I have cellular version and works great with google voice .. my iPhone 13 is on its last leg and had issues calls and texts . But with having mini 6 I was able to get calls and texts and make calls and texts so if you don’t have 2 phones in my opinion get cell tablet it’s 4 times as fast as just WiFi …waiting for my new upgraded phone also. i have the 12.9” m1 and it’s too big for casual use for me so i got the mini and love it. i think the 11” is more manageable but it is nice to have a separate smaller tablet for flexible use case if you use the 11” for work/school primarily
