I have problem in these headphones , During phone calls the voice becomes verry low , and I cant here anything from the other side , when I am using youtube I hear great ! when I am connecting other headphones I hear great. I think this is something with the definitions.

I bought this and it only works on my mobile. My laptop and tv can't detect it.

You should unpair it from your phone, and then press the pair button on the case(by holding) and it will detect it.
