Yes, currently renting in west allis area. My concerns are what if home prices continue to increase so I'm kinda sitting back and observing.

@@suathao9215 rising home prices create equity, when you sell your first home after a few years you will typically have a big down payment for your next. This is why home owners have a much higher net worth than renters. The goal is to own your home free and clear by the time you retire

@@SarahRose4325 Yes, that's about right for most. But there is a trick to being prepared and not feeling overwhelmed, once you get there it's actually fun - and I deeply believe it's supposed to be fun and not stressful!

Hi Jimmy, we have several Fortune 500 and a lot of mid sized companies that are worth a look. Take Milwaukee Tools for example. Unemployment is below national average and we work with a lot of people who move here for a job opportunity. I would hop on Google, Indeed and Monster. Bad news: marketing degrees are a dime a dozen, so you may have to be flexible and proof yourself to a big company. So bring some hassle, but you got this!
