I see what you're saying but she has actually spoke of this in the past. I can relate because I also have this problem. She has vitiligo. If you don't know what it is, you can google it. The darker part on her forehead is her true skin color. The rest of her face has little or no pigmentation. Same thing with her hands and arms. She said she tries to cover it with makeup but it is seriously sooooo hard to hide it with makeup. I know she does highlight and contour but I really don't think that's the problem. The contrast between her brown and white vitiligo skin.... It's not easy at all to mask it. I can't explain it lol hopefully this made sense. I'm only speaking on it because I have the same problem.

I've experienced the last one, though it was somewhat different. I was dating someone for over a month and, one day, he asked me, "what's your real name?" Granted he had been calling me by my real name (Keith) the entire time. Come to find out, he thought it was just a nickname. Using Keith as a nickname is unheard of to me, so I don't know why he thought that was the case lol. It was an eye opener for me, because I realized he and I didn't know each other as well as we should have at that point (or at least the basics should've been covered).

Having a female friend is not an issue as long as she knows her place. My husband had a female bestfriend and i also had a male close friend who we both grew up with. I dont have anything againts the girl friend but if my now husband share any info on our relationship to his friend then he's OUT. Our relationship is not for public consumption and I gave him the ultimatum that he cant hang out with her alone or sleep over which he used to do when they were younger. I told him if he cant deal with those then he can go and i wont even blink an eye. It's hard enough to adjust in a new relationship and to establish a solid foundation of friendship. If he keeps spending his time with her and not me then maybe they should date. My male childhood friend stopped going to my place the moment my boyfriend (now husband) and I were dating. We still see each other in special occassions and parties but we try not to be too close for my husband not to be uncomfortable with the relationship. It's about mutual respect with each others' boundaries.
