Same case with me. My first 3 videos were all above 500 views and then my latest post only got 15 views after 3 hrs. And u know what’s worse, I put a lot of hashtags on it so that it can reach the for you page and it did they added 15 views making it 30 and it stopped literally after 2 days it didn’t move it stayed on 30. Will usually i get between 100k to 1 m when i removed a video right after i posted it, i found out. The algorithm set me back and 1 drop in the views 5k to 20k 2 my fyp view was 90_99 %, and it became between 40_60% So don't do it at all that's my experience 3 i think it takes more than 15 days to get the exposure back maybe around a month

Dude. My account with 1.7m followers was doing great until they started to give me content violations which I appealed and won. However, one of my videos even though it says that I won the appeal and the video is restored, still gives me a notification that violated the community guidelines. Due to this bug I got blocked from posting 4 times and eventually shadowbanned. The video is visible to everyone, it's restored and tiktok apologized for the problem but I still get notifications that it violates the guidelines and I can't do anything about it. Tiktok haven't responded in 3 weeks...

Why does tiktok doesn't reset your community guidelines violation even if they restored the video? Tiktok still considered the videos as violation even after restoring it. That's why ever time you got banned tiktok will remind you of having multiple violation, even if all your previous banned videos are restored and mistakenly removed by tiktok?

Great vid. I don't care about my views that much even thought it is most time super low, but curious if videos that have the sound turned off or says "The copyright owner hasn't made this sound available in your country", have any affect on the account or are those metrics even functioning. So just for anyone who's looking for more answer I will give you some more that might be interesting ! =) FIRST: I am french and I did tiktoks when i was in japan for french people. I had two sim cards, one japanese and the other french. WHAT I FOUNDED: When i uploaded with my japanese sim card any tiktoks it just showed to japanese people. As soon as i switch with my french sim card and uploaded a new tiktok, it showed to france and french people(Belgium, Canada, but most of it France). Interesting fact: DIDN'T USE ANY VPN !!!! Now im back to france and creating a NEW tiktok channel for US, what i did is I bought a us travel sim card from amazon, and used a vpn to creat a new account ( i log out my previous one) I started yesterday uploading content on that with the us sim card and THE VPN ( a good one) Dosen't work well, maybe tiktok saw the vpn thing, so i will try to post an other video but this time without the vpn just the us sim card and i will tell you the result ! It looks more complicated like that but i think the VPN dosen't help, it's just about the sim card (maybe) If anyone have more informations let us know ! :)

Hmm...I would encourage you to dive deep into the analytics. Why did you discontinue your other account in the first place? TikTok does give users the ability to link up to three accounts, but doing that too many times will get you flagged as a 'spam user' See the recent interview video I uploaded for more details. :)

No they aren’t !!

Correct, rarely are the permanent. It usually just sets you back for a few weeks until you can prove to TikTok you can create demand with your content. Now, on the other hand, if it's a complete mass of videos (say 10+) that may take a little longer for you to see traction.

So after getting 4 consecutive videos with 3-5k views, when I average 500-2k views, I can no longer get more than 200 views. I have deleted some videos because i didnt think they were getting into the algorithm. I’m assuming that I am shadowbanned. So i guess I should just wait a bit to post again, and to not delete videos barring the reasons discussed on this video.

Here’s a question I’ve wondered, this week when I go to add a hashtag none of the trending ones show up now when I hit that # button to add them. Anyone else experiencing that or is it just me and any clue as to why? And lastly, what about when you delete a video but repost it right away? I’ve done this in the past and within the past month where it wasn’t doing well or I messed up a hashtag or I’ve noticed videos that upload slowly don’t do as well. I then upload a copy it I’ve exported off snap or a diff app. Repost it right away or an hour later and it’s done better than the first copy. 🤷🏻‍♀️ least that has been my exp with it. I scheduled videos at the wrong time. So, because we can't reschedule the time of the video I had to delete the video. The next video I upload almost always breaks community guidelines and will not be shown on the "For You" page. IF I wait 24-48 hours it doesn't matter what I upload, It never breaks community guidelines. I think this is a form of shadowban for 24-48 hours?. Am I right?.

No, I haven't noticed a correlation between 'privating' a video and a negative future account performance. Though, videos often do 'take off' weeks later to privating a video removes all chances for future virality with that upload.
