The S1 isn't that bad actually...something that is not mentioned is that S1 got global range, if the enemy got a global attack and is invisible (like the knights of Nearl event) she will throw the granade, revealing them! No matter the distance. Like this she can be used as a bait unit and reveal enemies that are on tiles where you can't place your ops so you kill these enemies with GG or any other long ranges OP.

Her S1 has some pretty good useage in 2 ways: 1. Damaging and revealing those cross-map invisible snipers like the Kazimierz ones (the Armorless Union snipers) or just any cross-map attacking enemies. 2. Tossing her right in front of a blocker that's holding down the lane during waves. Since her S2 takes a bit of time to charge up, her S1 is better for battles where she'll deal with continuous waves that wouldn't let her get the time to pull off her S2 in the first place. But I do agree with only putting S2M3 on the priorities list. Her S1 gains a bit more damage with M3, but not enough to be that worth it.

While true, I think Tequila/Scene for thorns/FDR and Kazimaru for general does a better job than her S1, though her S2 has the large range perk as well.

Even her "normal" form is quite useful. She can absorb one big hit occasionally and even completely block enemies, who can't attack (reborn soldiers from reed event, bombs from dossoles etc.). All units from this collab are very good. Maybe except Doc, but that's because i don't use him often.

Doc is really quite good. I think the play is actually his S1. The self heal and high dps allows him to work as a heli-drop when you need it most.

In the last 3 banners I got the true taste of how terrible Arknights gacha system can be. Losing 50/50, not even getting the rate up characters, hitting late pity, etc.. Let me tell you, it's not fun. Especially after you save up for months, logging in diligently every day.

Been there when degenbrecher banner dropped. 110 pulls 2 six star dupes and lotsa 5 star dupes. Stopped playing when ray banner dropped and barely got back in time to clear vernal winds blow rerun shop. Got very lucky with shu banner + the current R6S banner both appeared in 30 pulls. You can never really lose in collab events if you have 120 pulls at the ready. Especially for veteran F2P's. Though I feel you since the upcoming banner is huge.

she is very useful in DETECTING invis enemies I hate those guys and she has a good amount of damage with her speed buff skill and a good BAITER for any attacks that might hit a block that Explodes near enemies at spawn ^_^

When AK lore said guns are tied with Sanktas. -Blacksteel operators because they made the gun. And probably considered as the progenitor to a new sankta. They're not created out of thin air. Right? Right? -Collab operators because isekai. -Victorian, Kazimierz operators because cannons aren't gun to the Terran vocabulary. Gunlance is 99.5% lance and 0.5% gun. It is within FDA limit of non existence. -Ursus comrades, they don't use gunpowder. Probably. Gun without gunpowder isn't considered as a gun. Also applies to Pinecone, and Kaltsit. Therefore the name bowgun doesn't exist, just call them crossbow. -Dusk surely can draw anything but gun. Terran gun semantics rule.

There are stages with invisible enemies where I think placing Iana (Does not require much healing) and be done with it. Silverash is kinda squishy when his S3 is on. Inez (S3) currently the best to reveal invisible unit.

Problem I have with Iana s2 is why does she go from auto firing to single shot for half the duration of her skill? It really reduces her damage during s2 and the skill does not mention such a thing.

Simple. The skill duration and substitute duration uses the same bar. Meaning, within that 20 seconds duration, the first half of the bar is for her skill duration (see her skill effect) while the other half of the bar is for her substitute.

@@eufrosniad994 You can't really compare Bena and Spalter here because they work differently compared to Iana. Iana is the only dollkeeper (so far) that prefers in substitute form and her S2 immediately kicks her into substitute form. This is something that's unique to her.
