They reopened tickets at some point after the initial sell out, and sometimes people resell due to unforeseen circumstances. So if that happens again, you know what to look for! I hope you’re there next year, that would be awesome! 😎

It was also crazy that I’d be walking down the hall and some one would yell “it’s Bunni Daniel!” And I would just jump like a robber being caught in the act and look around. So many people knew me. I don't like ShadowDarkRpg...I LOVE ShadowDarkRpg! Lol. Oh I got to run a game at my local comic shop and had premades from Shadowdarklings. To make a long story short a player betrayed the party..but is was the Plague Doctor who put down the traitor with acid! That Plague Doctor player was new to Ttrpgs and she absolutely loved the class. I cannot wait until Unnatural Selection is in my hands!

That’s awesome. Thank you for sharing that story! I’m happy she felt comfortable and had fun with Shadowdark. I think of it like ShadowSPARK. The original really sparked my creative juices and ignited my imagination! I hadn’t drawn in 3 years, but then I found Shadowdark. Changed my life.❤❤❤

All the pictures and videos I have seen of this Con screams: THIS IS MY PLACE!!! Small conventions with a big feel are the best (vs. the agoraphobic nightmare of GenCon or whatever state ComicCon)! This video is just another confirmation on my beliefs (thank you, btw). And since I live in Colorado, Snow in March does not bother me one bit (in fact, chances of snow linger until mid May) lol

I hope so too! I’m planning on it, however it was really cold and that makes me not wanna go again. They didn’t have the heat on, and it was 50°F inside the building with snow outside. I can’t do that and it made me super sick. So I could forgo my cute outfits and wear a bear suit… but yes, Kelsey and her wife were magnificent, and I got to see some of my friends and meet internet ones for the first time! IT WAS AMAZING. Pray they turn on the heat haha.

It’s good when you can share an Airbnb or hotel room. That’s the bulk of the price! And carpooling to the con itself if you have to drive 15 hours or more to get there. Shared expenses help a bunch! I hope you make it there!

We did a 14 hour drive, so 9 should be a breeze! You can always get an Airbnb or hotel on the way up. There wasn’t really any snow upon our arrival, and the roads when it did snow, were clean. Nice area, fair bit of money. They take care of the place!
