I mean yeah if you go while being hangover af it's gonna be shit. I think I haven't clarified that in the video enough (sorry), but when I said tired, I meant a little hungover or 5-6 hours of sleep or going after 12 hours of work or just feeling like shit and feeling like you couldn't get a 100% session performance if you went. But also bro if you go and end up getting 2 reps with your 8 rep weight and want to puke, use common sense and go home. Simple as that.
