I always prefer Villa or Plot and I have strong hold on it BUT I need a good society, connectivity, environment for my kid, schools and I can provide better education or better reach to pursue hobbies like music, dance etc So my preference is get changed now and it’s come in less price

Apartment rare will be higher too if it's in an expensive location. If you chose an apartment in a poor neighborhood obviously the rare will be lower than when compared to an expensive neighborhood. This is the same for both a house and an apartment
