You should keep track of,therefore you can’t be used. In terms of abuse, it can take many years to fully come to fruition, therefore not keeping track, is often futile for the person being abused. Relationship relationship relationship should be based upon that , a boundary set around abuse expectation of this no longer continuing is in place. Most people that I have met, and I live up to the standard , they just tried to pretend as if they do. And reality they have all sorts of strange about them, which actually supports abuse. E.g.-I’m Puerto Rican, I’m on my cycle, I just learned what the term gaslighting is,and though I do it every day,I blame you for doing it,etc.

Another example that takes on a religious context which most people were just try to pass off his spiritual, because that’s the thing to do these days, is what the Hebrew Israelites do. Kendrick, for example, claims to be an Israelite now which means he understands black Hebrew Israelite beliefs. In that belief system biracial people are abominations, products of Esau. So, under those circumstances is right down to the belief system as Kendrick believes he is a chosen profit of Metatron, the angel that is to have interacted with Enoch.
