Arduino programming language which is used for programming robots is damn similar to C++ and the same goes with ROS (Robot Operating System) So by learning C++ you can become a - 1) Game Developer 2) Robot Programmer 3) And If You Want To Use C++ For AI/ML You Can Do That Also 4) You Can Make Artificial Intelligence Programs For Robots

But if you want to use C++ and Ml for some other reason, like game dev etc. then you can go with. At last, it depends on what you want :)

C++ is for high level computation related to engineering simulations like CFD,finite element analysis, we do have matlab as a tool but at the end we have to transport the Matlab format into C++ by using same Matlab tool,... Building simulators and computational model is best with C/C++, and no other programing language can withstand that standard for engineering application.

Not a C++ fanboy or anything, but I just want to say, that *learning C++ is absolutely essential for engineers in any field.* You might not need/use it as a developer. Engineers and developers aren't the same. For instance, C++ is *the language+ when you want to work with hardware. You can manage to use other languages as well, but nothing works as intended other than C++.

In my 11th and 12th class C++ was the first language that I learnt. Now I am a Chemistry person, but here I am learning BASIC language. I came to know coding can be done on mobile by connecting mouse and keyboard (set up for my BASIC language) as I never had a laptop which I used to thought the reasomg why I couldn't learn C++ with excellency. Not watched the video yet but I can conclude learning c++ will be absolutely useful no doubt about it as ps5 and xbox series x will be sold in few days and people have high demand for games and almost all of them are made in c++ on unreal engine and etc.
