Valuable episode. Would love to see more content of Homer in the future. Thanks!

I'll have to see if we can make that happen :)

This is a great source of information about Homer. These two ladies seem to be blunt and honest, not putting out any false impressions. I've visited there myself with the thought of possibly moving there but sadly decided I could not swing it financially. But, I can still visit!! It is beautiful!

Some years snow removal gets challenging if you don't live in town. Have a plan/budget for that.

Some research showed that Alaska is losing its population by the tens of thousands yearly. Is that correct and my other question is to ask about the cities which are shrinking and which are growing? Thank you so much for your videos!😊😊😊

I believe the stats show that there is a net loss of a few thousand every year, but tens of thousands sounds a little too steep. Anchorage is losing population and other places like the MatSu is gaining people who are moving from Anchorage.

You know I haven't worked much with companies from the lower 48, but my clients have had good experience with Alaska Terminals.
