General season tags for deer and elk are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while controlled hunts require an application and a random drawing

As far as salary, the state average is $50,888 as of May 2024. It really depends on the area that you live in as far as the rent cost and requirements. What cities are you looking at potentially moving to?

It’s a Republican state! And you can carry your own guns! California won’t let you do that! And hunting is great In Idaho!
