Yes, would love to hear more recommendations for oil cleansers!

The question I have is, what if you single-cleanse with an oil-based cleanser? Like, I use the Heimish all clean balm and don't follow it up with a foam/gel cleanser. I live in SEA too (so it's hotttt) and I have an oily T-zone. But I'm wary about double-cleansing because it sounds like a marketing gimmick and I don't want to risk over-stripping my skin :((

i've tried the heimish all clean balm and i enjoyed it! it does cleanse pretty well. i hear you on the over-stripping part. i think single-cleansing with an oil-based cleanser is alright. maybe go in with a toner + cotton pad to cleanse whatever that is remaining on your skin.

Soo true! My sunscreen is thick and takes a while to remove ❤

yes! it's so much easier to use a cleansing balm and speedily remove everything 🤓

Oil cleansers destroyed my skin :(((( im still trying to recover from them. I usually dont get acne just a couple of pimples once in a while.. but literally right after trying to oil cleanse the next day i woke up with acne all over my chin and cheeks ⚰️ i used the anua one

Use balm cleanser instead. I use all balm cleanser

oh gee, sorry to hear that :( i've not tried the anua oil cleanser but if that is the case, I wouldn't recommend you to continue using it. there might be some ingredients in there that might have triggered your acne flare up. how do you usually cleanse your skin then? you could get a sample of balm cleansers (although, a little hard to find) to try out first.
