1 parts order is the goal, but what happens when you could have pre-ordered the parts that you KNOW you need, but you wait until the car shows up, then they are UNAVAILABLE.

Hey Sam, great question. Most of our clients are now performing an up front mini-blueprint or as we call is an Enhanced Repair Appraisal on lower severity repairs then preorders are accurate. They then choose to not allow the car to drop off until the dealer has verified a complete order. With bigger repair jobs it doesn’t always make sense to order anything until it has been fully disassembled and then ask the dealer to deliver one complete order. That’s my experience.
