At OttawaU there is a lot more opportunities if you speak French and school fees are cheaper but they give no opportunities for the English speakers to learn it.

I got accepted into Carleton and Uottawa computer science Honours coop (undergrad). I am an international student.Uottawa needs me to take an esl advanced writing course. Will taking esl makeup course prevent me from working part-time? Which University is better? And other than these two, I got accepted into ubc Okanagan...which one should I choose. What is the best between Uottawa and Carleton first and then compare with ubc.

UBC > Carleton > uOttawa. I'd choose Waterloo or University of Toronto, those two are the best for Computer Science in Canada.

You know - early in life I've learned that one should not comment on what they do not know.. This definitely feels like one of those cases. I'm sorry but this is garbage and I hope individuals seek information based on true student experiences.
