Great way to keep it at a 30,000ft view and still concise. Trusts can get very complicated, very quick. I’d argue most people really don’t need one, until later in life. And the reason is because a lot of accounts have a transfer on death law that bypasses probate. Also, many people move homes (probably their largest asset in a trust). Every time you amend your trust, that’s an attorney billing you to change it.

You'd be wrong about everybody doesn't need a trust. If you have children or a spouse - you need a trust.

You could give powers of attorney for health care and financial. Also I think the estate tax Isn’t a problem for more people.

Question, My mother is the executive of my grandmother's estate which is primarily air property. There is the house that is on the Homestead that is dilapidated unlivable. I want to rehabilitate the house via getting alone to do so. Am I jeopardizing my future by doing that being that the house is considered on the homestead

Go to an ATTORNEY if you need a TRUST. The only person you should speak to is an ATTORNEY.
