Should you spend the extra cash on ER32 Collet Chucks?

I grabbed an er32 spindle adapter solely because my pin wrench for my drawbar snapped on me. I did get rid of the straight pin wrench for a hook style one but it's so much easier to change tools out with the er system. For that alone I was willing to risk a bit of taper grinding and polishing but lucked out to where i didn't need to. Just picked a random adapter off amazon that had good reviews that didn't appear to be written by bots. Er collets are sweet vs the three and 4 slot spring collets. They have their place. ER just gives you more grip, wider range of sizes one collet can hold and fits in smaller spaces.
