Remember the school "group projects?" One persone does like 80% of the work...a couple people do a shred, and the last few do nothing at all, but still get a good grade. Don't do the group thing. It's a failure before it starts. Begin on your own, let other people see how you're killing it, then maybe...just maybe they can join the party if they're willing to work hard.

What type of generator do I need for 1.5 HP blower? What type of generator can run more than one unit?
@nick_o_glass Жыл бұрын
A 20 amp breaker runs one blower. Want to run multiple, get a generator with multiple breakers
@Aron-hc6zj11 ай бұрын
How do I know if it has multiple breakers? Do you have any you recommend?
@nick_o_glass10 ай бұрын
On the generator it will have 2 plugs in a small box that says 20a. If there’s more than one 20a box, there’s more than one 20a breaker. Predator from harbor freight.

I tried starting in ‘22, but didn’t have enough funds. I got 2 used combos and a slide that was wrecked on the inside. Came short of being able to launch. Had the stupid green dolly with an added axle and winch, blah blah. Couldn’t afford insurance. This year, I’m having another go, and I’ve got the funding. I’m getting 40k worth of cutting edge creations units, a motorized dolly, diesel box truck with lift gate and hoping for the best.

Get it!! Those cutting edge units are awesome BUT they’re heavy AF dude. I have other suggestions for starting if you’re interested. And the diesel box truck isn’t needed either. Get a 16ft tandem axle trailer for $4k and you’re set!

Do you think it would be wise to start a company with a friend? Little background info I started my own pest control company in July of 2020 and my friend also started his own pest control company at the start of 2020. He has one employee and I’m looking to hire someone soon. He was mentioning wanting to start another company and I’ve been wanting to start another one too. My question is that after I’ve hired a tech to take over 70-80% of the work load would you recommend starting a company with someone who you have known a long time and has a successful business already? We don’t really work on the weekends so I feel that a bounce house company would fit pretty well and after I have hired someone I will have some more free time during the week to keep things maintained.

Not a bounce house business. It’s not scalable enlist for a partner. No t even close u less your smart af and live in one of the 10 largest cities in the US…and in that case you don’t need a partner. So no.
@Cthulhusreef8 ай бұрын
@@nick_o_glass gotcha thanks. I appreciate the response. I do live pretty close to Los Angeles (about 30 minutes). I just really wanted to start another company because I really enjoyed starting my own a few years ago. Your videos are very inspiring and even if I don’t ever start a bounce house business I’ll still continue to watch your channel.

I'll add that if someone makes the decision to start a business with their buddies, it's important that they bring a skill that differs than yours. No point of having two people doing marketing, managing, operations and so on.

Yeah good point. The 2 businesses that I co-founded with a partner have that dynamic to them.

I just bought a storage shed at a auction with 14 inflatable and 23 blowers. I'm going in the bounce house business with alittle over a thousand dollars. I'm a gambler if it doesn't work out I can sale it for around 25 thousand. I win every way.

Trying to retool it a little bit. The vlogs are better when I’m teaching something valuable. But YT vids do better when you cut to the chase sooooo to answer your question I’m not sure 😂
