Stayed at altera hotel last year and it was a few minutes walk to soi 6! Had a great time as always. Can’t wait to get back!! Repent bar was my go to the last couple visits.

I think that empty lot is associated with the Mera Mare Hotel (next door to the Hard Rock). They (or affiliated hotel group) are expanding on that side...Beach Road to 2nd.
