Thank you! To be more specific on the techniques, I learned portfolio structures and how to present them during interviews so that they stick, frameworks to answer hypothetical interview questions, common interview question practices, etc. I used all my 1:1s to focus on polishing my resume and preparing for job application. I would say any UXR training, how much you get is how much effort you are willing to put in. Hope this helps :)
