anti depressants only mask the problem. the only way you’ll be happy is by being happy within your self and what no one tells you about being happy with yourself nothing will give you peace until your at peace with others and yourself. everyone desires strong relationships with others and to be better with others you have to learn how to treat others and going off what you’ve been taught from your parents may not be the right way if you feel so depressed. learn how to treat others to make them love you by reading books and educating yourself on this topic. solving your mental health is the only way to solve anyone’s depression. learn how to communicate with others so they love you because the way you already do may be the reason you are depressed. how to make people obsessed with you. relationships are the most important thing in human life

Having someone you trust to keep an eye on your mood change is actually a great great advice. It’s very important to have a strong support system and a set of eyes on us in order to pinpoint when we are not actually doing great.

Thanks for this video, I was shocked you took a month from not doing Zoloft bc omg SAME???!!! I had it on my shelf for two months and have two refills already, I'm taking them today. Also started ghosting my therapist and DBT zoom therapy calls bc I was ashamed of kinda being hesitant to take the medication and by extension make an effort to fix myself. This video came at a perfect time, I appreciate it so much

You are gorgeous. I was taking Prozac, it worked well for depression but for anxiety. So planning to switch to Zoloft.

😂 Zoloft is torture! What I suffered 7years ago . I saw hell on earth. I still have Zoloft symptoms, thank goodness for healing me.Depression is bad
