Can you do the strengthening exercises everyday?

Sure. I often use one in a warmup series. They are small muscles that recover quickly. Keep it to 25-50 reps per day for the first week or two, then maybe 50-75 for another week or two, then maybe up to 100/day if you want to go that high.
