Posterior glide banded shoulder circles
Forward/anterior shearing of the glenohumeral joint is a big indicator of shoulder impingement. So if you or a client of yours is struggling with poor shoulder positioning and mobility try this out.
You want to feel a sliding back effect when the band is around the arm and as you are moving through the motion try holding your shoulder blade back.
