This is more strenght workout rather than cardio...yes theres no rest and intensity is high but still its a low rep range and depending on weight of kb its more like strength supersets..however i build my body with kb only this type of workouts and u can get decent gains if u use progresive load over time..amazing versatile equipment..kettlebells
