First time watching your videos and was an instant follower. Great instructions with a focus on technique which is so important to me as I turn 62. However, my bands are loops so not sure if I can do them exactly as described.

@@DisciplineDave I gotchu, bro! Really enjoying your channel, btw. I just got some resistance bands in the mail (After waiting since April for them to arrive from China *eyeroll*) and have been using your workouts all this week. I just noticed a big dimple in my triceps today and had to brag to my wife about it lol.

Been following your vids for a couple of weeks now and I’m really starting to get in a routine and can even see results coming already. So thank you. I do have a question tho. Some exercises look the same but are called different things. Are there slight differences or does it target both areas? For example.. incline fly and shoulder press seem the same to me. Keep up the great work 👍🏻
@DisciplineDave3 жыл бұрын
Great to hear!, good question. There is a slight variation from incline chest fly and shoulder press, with the fly for are going more at a forward angle and bring your arms wider and the shoulder press you want to do more straight up and more narrow. I think in my latest chest video I should a better way of doing the incline chest fly (7:49) . Check it out kzbin.info/www/bejne/rXPJlqqNh6polZY

Hey Dave thanks for the great workout lessons. Had a quick question on the form on the military press. Somehow it seems to be engaging my upper chest too, probably overlapping with the form you mentioned in the upper chest workout. How can I ensure only my shoulders gets engaged during the pressing movement?
@DisciplineDave4 жыл бұрын
Yes great question, start of with your upper chest contracted before you begin lifting lifting your arms and or shoulders away from you body. Hope that helps and thanks for watching

Ι have a question, is there any QUALITY difference between bands? I mean a 10€ band is from the same matterial (latex) as a 30€ band . What's the difference?
