You do not know how much your videos have helped me. I am over 70 and have chronic back problems but need to exercise them, the exercises you have I can push without hurting myself.

I love working back. I just did this workout and I really felt it. I underestimated the bands; I thought I wasn’t going to feel it geez was I wrong!!! Thank you for the videos they have helps me so much.

Great back workout video! My favourite body part to train is my chest i really like to feel it get pumped and worked hard. Resistance Band Training is amazing not going back to weights!

I’m starting to feel that way about weights. So now when I go to the gym I use 90% cable machines. Way more effective for results

Hi Dave, Great video as always. I would like to know that in the lat pulldown, if I do underhand grip I can't take my elbows as far back compared to the pronated grip that you show. Is this normal?

Yes but I would say 4-5 times a week. Also I wouldn’t avoid the gym, apply these concepts to the cable machine for added resistance

Already follow you on IG and YT! I am trying to build a better chest and bigger arms so those are my favorite sections right now. I prefer working out legs and glutes using resistance than free weights but thats because my legs feel like noodles after the gym - but I need to up my game. My IG @Nerdhoodrat .
